Chief Stuart onboard 4 fishing vessels in the Baring Sea. I was in charge of the daily operations including cooking, cleaning, and feeding the entire boat’s 50 to 150 “sailors”, for 12 to 16 hours a day, up to 125 days straight.  1996-1999
